去年我国个税收入增长逾两成
比上年同期增速加快16.4% 主要原因为居民收入持续增长
本报讯（记者赵鹏）2010年我国个人所得税快速增长，实现收入4837.17亿元，同比增长22.5%，比上年同期增速加快16.4个百分点。个人所得税收入占税收总收入的比重为6.6%。
总税收73202亿元
昨天，财政部公布了“2010年税收收入增长的结构性分析”。2010年全国税收总收入完成73202亿元，比上年同期增长23%。
财政部分析，税收收入实现较快增长的主要原因是经济稳定增长为税收增长奠定了税源基础、价格水平上涨使得以现价计算的税收收入较快增长以及进口贸易快速恢复、全年汽车旺销。
工资所得税增幅大
2010年个人所得税快速增长，实现收入4837.17亿元，同比增长22.5%。
分项目看，除储蓄利息所得税收入同比下降76.9%以外，其他项目的个人所得税收入都保持了快速增长。其中，工资薪金所得税收入同比增长26.8%，个体工商户生产经营所得税收入同比增长24.7%，劳务报酬所得税收入同比增长22.6%，财产转让所得税收入同比增长52.2%。
个人所得税收入实现快速增长的主要原因是居民收入持续增长，扩大了个人所得税的税源基础。2010年全国城镇居民人均可支配收入19109元，同比增长11.3%，其中工资性收入增长17.9%。
车购税猛增54%
2010年车辆购置税高速增长，实现收入1792.03亿元，同比增长54.0%，比上年同期增速加快了36.4个百分点。车辆购置税收入占税收总收入的比重为2.4%。
车辆购置税收入高速增长的主要原因是汽车销量实现高速增长。2010年全国汽车销售1806.19万辆，同比增长32.37%。其次是2010年排气量1.6升以下机动车的车辆购置税税率由5%提高到7.5%，使得车辆购置税收入高速增长。
