815万双拼卖过独栋
81套联排，多少时间内能一卖而光?江与城原山给出了这样的答案：开盘当天即售罄。
别墅四次开盘四次售罄。别墅专家龙湖，不但轻松创造了重庆“最牛的别墅快销新记录”，而且还创造了重庆“最贵的双拼别墅价格记录”——原山中央溪谷的双拼别墅，单套卖出了815万的“天价”。据悉，这已是重庆一些独栋高尔夫别墅价格的1.5倍!
江与城•原山快销的速度，确实令人无法预料。
4月11日，原山首次开盘，54套别墅15分钟内被抢光，揽金1.7亿元;
5月17日，原山再次发力，推出的48套联排别墅，仍然在15分钟内销售一空，销售金额为1.6亿元，算起来平均19秒即成交一套;
6月29日，原山别墅第三次加推。67套别墅依旧在15分钟内全部“名花有主”，2.3亿元迅速入袋;
9月26日，原山第四批产品中央溪谷别墅开卖。81套别墅抢购一空，4个亿轻松进账。
原山销售人员介绍，尽管此次的双拼别墅每套卖出了800万的“天价”，一位外地客户还是上演了一幕“打批发”的壮观场面。这位客户得知原山上周六要第4次开盘，专程提前打“飞的”赶到重庆抢号，在看了原山实景和户型后，当场就一口气就“吞”下一整栋的两套双拼别墅。
原山凭什么如此受推崇?
“产品太‘霸道’了。”购房者说。除了极难得的集一线亲江、大城配套、两江新区、城市中心价值于一体，原山的产品更是一绝：
不但联排做出了独栋的味道，还坐拥了约6000平方米的中庭水景景观;而“三溪四园”的设计使得“移步易景”成为现实;此外，最宽的别墅楼间距达到了约30米，是一般别墅的两倍;加上双花园、双主卧、双车库、大露台、南北朝向的设计，以及最大约400平方米的赠送空间，“重庆也仅此一家。不仅升值潜力巨大，几乎称得上是另一个香樟林”。一位深圳客户告诉记者，曾4次前来追买原山的他，这回终于遂了心愿。
